Conveyancing Assistant
to join us and support our growing client base.
The Role
As a Conveyancing Assistant, you will provide essential administrative and legal support to our conveyancers and solicitors throughout all stages of the residential property process. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and is keen to develop a career in property law.
Key responsibilities include:
Assisting fee earners with all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions
Preparing and drafting legal documents and correspondence
Opening, maintaining, and closing client files
Conducting searches and liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and mortgage lenders
Managing post-completion matters and filing with HM Land Registry
Providing excellent client care and ensuring all work complies with regulatory requirements
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
Highly organised, accurate, and able to prioritise effectively
A strong communicator with a professional telephone manner
Confident using Microsoft Office and conveyancing case management systems
Able to work independently as well as part of a supportive team
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to 25,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
