Full Time Property Fee Earner
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic property fee earner to join our busy team.
We are looking for a qualified solicitor or a legal executive with appropriate experience in residential property. The role will be full-time, and will encompass the full range of residential property sales, purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, Lease Extensions etc. Additional experience in commercial sales, purchases and business leases etc would be advantageous.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working as part of a team, with the ability to work independently where required.
Computer literacy is a must, and experience of working with case management software would be an advantage.
Hours are 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday
Salary (DOE)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 25,000.00-27,000.00 per year
