An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced

Conveyancing Fee Earner

to join the Warrington office. You will take responsibility for managing your own caseload of approximately 60 residential conveyancing matters -- including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity -- from instruction through to post-completion.


This is a hands-on, office-based role that would suit a confident conveyancer who enjoys managing files independently while working as part of a supportive and professional team.

, the role:

Handle a mixed caseload of freehold and leasehold residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion. Draft, review, and issue contract documentation and deal with enquiries promptly and accurately. Check and report on searches, title documents, and mortgage offers, identifying and addressing any issues. Liaise effectively with clients, introducers, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors throughout each transaction. Manage workloads efficiently while maintaining high standards of client service and compliance. Ensure files are kept orderly, checklists are updated, and all documentation is compliant with regulatory standards. Provide regular progress updates to clients and introducers. Oversee and support the work of administrative or post-completion staff when required.

Conveyancer

, the person:

Minimum of 5 years' proven experience independently managing a conveyancing caseload. Strong technical knowledge of residential property law, Land Registry processes, and the conveyancing lifecycle. Excellent communication, organisation, and time-management skills. A client-centred approach with the ability to deliver an exceptional standard of service. Proficiency in using case management systems such as LEAP and Microsoft Office. Able to work confidently both independently and collaboratively within a close-knit team.
