Pabla + Pabla Solicitors are seeking a fee earner to join our Conveyancing Department. The successful candidate will manage and assist with a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, ensuring transactions are handled efficiently and clients receive the highest standard of service.
Key Responsibilities
Handling of residential property transactions from instruction through to
completion.
Preparing and reviewing contracts, title documents, and other conveyancing
documentation.
Conducting relevant searches and liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders,
and other solicitors.
Providing updates to clients and maintaining regular communication throughout
the transaction process.
Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and firm policies and procedures.
About You
Experience of handing residential conveyancing transactions is essential.
Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process and relevant legal
documentation.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to manage a busy workload while maintaining attention to detail.
A proactive and client-focused approach to work.
Salary:
o Competitive salary between 30,000 and 35,000, depending on experience
