Summary

We are seeking a Conveyancer to join our team at Maclaren Warner (a trading style of WLR Legal Solutions). In this role, you will play a crucial part in facilitating property transactions, ensuring that all legal aspects are handled efficiently and effectively. Your expertise will be vital in supporting our clients through the complexities of property law.

Responsibilities

Manage the conveyancing process from start to finish for residential properties (and commercial if possible). Prepare and review legal documents related to property transactions. Conduct property searches and liaise with relevant authorities. Advise clients on legal matters concerning property transactions. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations throughout the process. Communicate effectively with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.

Requirements

Qualified solicitor or licensed conveyancer with relevant experience in property law is ideal but we will take applications for conveyancers qualified by experience. Strong understanding of the conveyancing process and related legislation. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently under tight deadlines. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
