Overview


We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Conveyancer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the legal aspects of property transactions, ensuring that all processes are completed efficiently and accurately. This role requires excellent time management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders throughout the conveyancing process.

Responsibilities



Manage the conveyancing process from instruction to completion, ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, transfer deeds, and property searches. Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and answer any queries they may have. Liaise with estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties involved in property transactions. Conduct due diligence checks and ensure all necessary documentation is obtained. Maintain accurate records and files for each transaction using appropriate office software. Utilise IT systems effectively to manage workflow and deadlines.

Experience



Proven experience in conveyancing or a related legal field is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A good understanding of property law and conveyancing processes is advantageous.

Pay: 24,000.00-28,000.00 per year
