The Role
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Conveyancing Paralegal to join our growing team. You'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality legal services across residential sales and purchases. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with conveyancing experience who wants to develop their legal career within a welcoming, supportive, and professional team environment.

Key Responsibilities
Drafting and issuing contracts to clients and buyers' solicitors
Chasing and reviewing signed contracts and documentation
Reporting to clients on mortgage offers, search results, and title documents
Raising and responding to pre-contract enquiries
Managing files on residential sales and purchases through to exchange and completion
Providing quotations to prospective clients in a professional manner
Liaising with clients, estate agents, and solicitors throughout the transaction
Undertaking property searches and dealing with lender requirements
Managing files using our case management system and maintaining accurate records
Carrying out general administrative and filing tasks
Supporting the wider team with additional responsibilities as needed
What We're Looking For
A minimum of 12 months' experience working in a residential conveyancing role
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders
Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple files
Familiarity with conveyancing software/case management systems
A proactive, team-focused attitude and a desire to learn and develop
