Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and qualified Conveyancing Solicitor with 1-3 years PQE to join our Stratford office. The successful candidate will manage a mix of residential and commercial property matters, working closely with clients and colleagues to ensure smooth and timely transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle residential and commercial property transactions from start to finish. Conduct legal due diligence, draft contracts, and advise clients on all property-related matters. Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other professionals to ensure smooth conveyancing processes. Manage case files accurately and ensure timely updates to clients. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and professional requirements.

Requirements:

Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 1-3 years PQE in property/conveyancing law. Experience in both residential and commercial conveyancing preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and client management skills. Local to Stratford (E15) and happy to work full-time from the office.
