What You'll Do:



Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion Handle sales, purchases, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, and new build properties Communicate with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors Ensure smooth progress of transactions, keeping clients informed throughout Use modern case management systems with plenty of support from our experienced team

What You'll Bring:



Proven experience as a Conveyancer, Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor, or Legal Executive Strong knowledge of residential property law and conveyancing procedures Excellent client care and communication skills - you're friendly, professional, and approachable A proactive mindset and the ability to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 30,000.00-60,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
