About the Team
The Residential Property department is central to the firm's success, handling a full range of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases across both registered and unregistered titles. The Role
This position is suited to a Solicitor with at least 3-5 years' PQE in residential conveyancing. You will manage your own caseload from instruction through to post-completion, working with autonomy while supported by a friendly and knowledgeable team. The role has been created to meet growing demand and offers the chance to contribute to a department already highly regarded for its standards of service.
Responsibilities include
Running residential property matters from start to finish with minimal supervision
Maintaining compliance with professional and regulatory requirements
Providing an excellent standard of client care and building strong relationships
Contributing positively to a supportive team environment
Looking For
Qualified Solicitor with residential conveyancing experience
Demonstrable ability to manage files independently at a reputable firm
Strong communication skills and a client-focused, professional manner
Organised, proactive, and comfortable handling a busy caseload
