We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Conveyancer to join our legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing property transactions efficiently, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and providing exceptional service to clients. Duties
Managing the end-to-end conveyancing process for residential and commercial property transactions
Preparing and reviewing legal documentation, including contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage documentation
Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and solicitors to facilitate smooth transactions
Conducting searches, enquiries, and due diligence to identify potential issues or risks
Ensuring all transactions comply with current legislation and internal policies
Keeping accurate records of all correspondence and transaction progress within case management systems
Managing deadlines effectively to ensure timely completion of transactions
Providing clear updates and advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process
Skills
Excellent communication skills, capable of liaising effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
Proficient IT skills, including experience with case management software and Microsoft Office suite
Effective time management skills to prioritise tasks and meet strict deadlines
Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in legal documentation and compliance requirements
Knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
