Overview

We are seeking an experienced Solicitor/CILEX/Fee Earner to join our busy conveyancing department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing property transactions from start to finish (with support staff) in fee earing role.

Responsibilities

Manage all stages of the conveyancing process for residential and commercial property transactions (purchases, sales, leases, new builds) in a caseload of your own files. Communicate with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and solicitors to ensure good transaction progress. Conduct searches, check titles, and report to clients prior to completion. Maintain accurate records of all case files and comply with legal compliance procedures.

Qualifications

Must have at least 2 years PQE (Solicitor/CILEX)

or

if formal qualifications are not held, must have at least 5 years experience working in a fee earning role within conveyancing. Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain the conveyancing process clearly to clients. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
