As a Cook, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality meals that delight our customers and contribute to the overall success of our restaurant.

Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards. Assist in the planning and preparation of meals, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and of high quality. Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations at all times. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service and efficient workflow during peak hours. Monitor food stock levels and assist in inventory management, ensuring all supplies are adequately stocked. Help train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols. Participate in menu development by suggesting new dishes or improvements to existing recipes.

Experience

Previous experience in a kitchen environment or restaurant setting is preferred but not essential for enthusiastic candidates willing to learn. Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques is highly desirable. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. A genuine passion for cooking and creating delicious meals that meet customer expectations.

Pay: From 12.25 per hour
