Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as our in-house cook. In this role, you will play a vital part in the preparation and presentation of high-quality meals, ensuring that all food safety standards are met. Your culinary skills and kitchen experience will contribute to creating an exceptional dining experience for our children.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of home-cooked, nutritious and tasty dishes Meal preparation, ensuring that all ingredients are fresh and of high quality. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations. Collaborate with staff team to ensure efficient kitchen operations and timely service. Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory management as needed. Provide support in serving meals to children, ensuring an excellent dining experience. Participate in training sessions to enhance culinary skills and knowledge of food safety practices.

Requirements

Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a kitchen environment. Strong culinary skills with a passion for creating delicious meals. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen. Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not essential. Ability to work effectively as our in-house cook in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail. Pay: 12.21-15.03 per hour
