Aramark UK are currently looking for a talented Commis Chef to join our team at Perth College, PH12NX.

A day in the life of an Assistant Cook:

+ Preparing and cooking meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner following recipe cards. + Checking all food is compliant with allergens and Natasha's law.
+ Completing daily paperwork to cover due diligence.
+ Sharing responsibility with the Chef /Catering Manager for the checking, probing, and signing of all food deliveries, stock ordering and maintaining kitchen records.
+ Monitoring and recording temperatures of fridges, freezers, hot cabinets, and serveries.
+ Assisting with deliveries and stock checks, alongside daily and weekly kitchen deep cleans.
