Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Cook to run our on site cafe, preparing delicious meals for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and cooking, ensuring high-quality dishes are served to our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes covering Breakfast and Lunch menus
- Assist in all areas of food preparation as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment
- Monitor food supplies and ingredients, to advise manager when to order stock

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Cook or similar role in a culinary environment
- Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Understanding of food safety practices
- Ability to work well in a team setting

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.00-13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 32 per week
