Requirements:

Food Hygiene Certificate

(minimum Level 2 required). Proven experience working in a kitchen or similar role. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and storage standards. Flexibility and reliability with a positive attitude. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities:

Preparing and serving a variety of high-quality dishes. Ensuring all food is stored, prepared, and served in line with hygiene standards. Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. Collaborating with the team to create a warm and welcoming experience for our customers. Assisting with menu planning and ingredient sourcing when required.
