About the Role:

As our Cook, you will play a key role in shaping the food offering for our coffee shop. You'll be responsible for preparing and cooking a range of tasty breakfast and lunch dishes, along with homemade bakes and light bites to complement our coffee selection.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook fresh, high-quality food in line with our menu. Ensure food is presented attractively and served to a high standard. Maintain a clean and organised kitchen, following food hygiene and safety regulations. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality. Assist with menu development and bring creative ideas to the table. Manage stock levels and assist with ordering ingredients.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a similar role (cafe, bistro, or restaurant preferred). Passion for food and ability to work with fresh ingredients. Knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety (certifications desirable). Ability to work independently and as part of a small team. Flexible and reliable with a positive attitude.
