Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Cook to join our team at Bekka Care. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing nutritious and delicious meals for our elderly residents, contributing to their overall well-being and satisfaction. Your culinary skills will play a vital role in enhancing the dining experience at Middleton Hall.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to dietary requirements and preferences. IDDIS Levels for modified diets. Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with health and safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area. Plan menus that cater to the nutritional needs of residents. Collaborate with care staff to accommodate special dietary needs. Monitor food inventory and assist in ordering supplies as needed.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Cook or in a similar culinary role. Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations. Excellent cooking skills with a passion for preparing healthy meals. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills and teamwork abilities.
