About the job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a committed individual with excellent skills to join our Care Hub Teams based across the city. You will be required to prepare food to the highest standard for our service users and cook nutritious meals, operating the full range of kitchen duties including managing health & safety and food hygiene protocols.
What We Are Looking For From You
To provide a professional, high-quality service at all times. To ensure that clients receive a varied and nutritional diet by providing a high standard of preparation cooking and presentation. To maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness of both equipment and environment in the kitchen and associated preparation and storage areas. To work closely with other officers, sections to ensure a co-ordinated service is provided. To play an active part in the Care Hubs, Hubs/Libraries ensuring that good communication is maintained within the team, so contributing to the work of the team as a whole and being flexible to change location at short notice as required.
