Location: Fairfield Ind Est, Louth, Lincolnshire Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:30am - 2:30pm Pay: From 13/hour (negotiable based on experience), paid fortnightly No weekends, no late nights
We're looking for a hands-on Cook / Catering Unit Manager to run a breakfast-focused catering unit on a busy industrial estate. We're after someone dependable and experienced -- someone who takes pride in simple, quality food done well, and who can build a friendly rapport with regulars while keeping the kitchen clean and efficient.

You'll be supported by one additional team member, but this is very much your kitchen to lead.

The Role:



Preparing and cooking classic hot breakfasts, bacon/sausage butties, and daily staples Managing stock, placing supplier orders, and reducing waste Serving customers with a friendly, no-fuss attitude Keeping the unit clean, organised, and up to hygiene standards Opening up and locking up the unit each day

What We're Looking For:



Experience in a cafe, catering van, or similar kitchen setup Someone reliable, consistent, and tidy -- with a bit of personality behind the counter Ability to work independently, use initiative, and take ownership
