Job Description

We're looking for a part time cook to join our friendly team at our Residential Care Home in Old Cowlyn, Colwyn Bay on a bank shift basis.

The Cook will play a key role in the preparation of meals, special events, providing a high-quality kitchen service in our residential care home.

Working within the constraints of the budget, you will be responsible for the effective and efficient operation of the kitchen, delivering nutritionally balanced, varied and attractively presented meals.

You will:

Have experience working in a kitchen environment. Have a recognised catering qualification (Level 3 Food Hygiene Certificate and additional HACCP accreditation or Level 4 Food Hygiene Certificate, or commitment to work towards this). Work flexibly within rostered hours.
