We are seeking a passionate and skilled Cook to join our kitchen team. As a Cook, you will play a vital role in meal preparation, ensuring that every dish meets our standards for taste and presentation while adhering to food safety regulations.
Duties
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to our menu specifications. Assist in the planning and execution of daily meal preparation. Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen, ensuring all food safety standards are upheld. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during busy periods. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Experience
Proven experience as a Cook in a restaurant or similar setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation, and kitchen equipment. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices. Ability to work effectively in a team environment while maintaining individual responsibilities. Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. A passion for cooking and creating delicious meals that delight our customers.
