Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook delicious and visually appealing meals following standardised recipes and portion sizes
- Ensure food safety and sanitation practices are followed at all times
- Oversee food preparation and production in the kitchen
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure resident satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation
- Excellent cooking skills with the ability to create a wide range of dishes
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
