Shifts are from 07:30 to 17:30.

Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards. Assist in meal preparation, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and of high quality. Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during busy periods. Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory management. Participate in menu planning and suggest new dishes based on seasonal ingredients.

Skills

Proven experience as a Cook or in a similar culinary role. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and kitchen hygiene standards. Excellent culinary skills with the ability to prepare various types of cuisine. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. Passion for cooking and willingness to learn new techniques and recipes.
