Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook hot meals for the food counter and retail, maintaining consistency and high standards.
Assist in daily kitchen operations and ensure food is prepared efficiently and safely.
Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant kitchen in line with food safety regulations.
Monitor food production and suggest improvements to increase quality and efficiency.
Work closely with the team to ensure smooth service and excellent customer experience.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar cook or chef role within hospitality, retail food service, or catering.
Solid knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
Ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a busy kitchen environment.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
A true passion for food and a commitment to quality.
Flexibility to work 4 days per week, including weekends as needed.
