Your Role: Cook at Gretna Green

As the heart of our kitchen, you'll craft delicious meals while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook dishes in line with company recipes, ensuring top-quality and timely service.
Assist in menu planning, including seasonal updates and creative input.
Maintain kitchen hygiene, stock control, and compliance with

food safety (HACCP, allergens, COSHH).

Lead and support the kitchen team, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
Help execute catering events and contribute innovative ideas for special occasions.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a

cook role

(catering or hospitality background preferred).

Food Safety Level 2

(training provided if needed).
Strong knowledge of

allergen management

and kitchen safety.
Ability to

thrive under pressure

in a fast-paced setting.
Excellent teamwork, leadership, and organisational skills.
