Duties
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications.
Assist in meal preparation, ensuring that all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen, adhering to food safety standards at all times.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service and high-quality food production.
Monitor stock levels of ingredients, reporting any shortages or needs to the kitchen manager.
Help train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety practices.
Participate in menu planning and development, offering creative ideas for new dishes.
