Are you an experienced, reliable cook who is passionate about providing high quality and nutritious meals?

Castle Lodge (Inverbervie) Ltd is a residential home, where care and support is provided to elderly adults

The post is for 25.5 hours per week over 7 days. Working pattern will be discussed at interview stage. Job share may be considered.

Additional hours may be required to cover annual leave and sickness

You will:

Plan and produce varied, nutritious meals, offering choice for residents

Demonstrate awareness of individual needs and specific dietary requirements

Manage the storage and disposal process

Maintain a cooking and cleaning regime

Complete relevant paperwork in line with home and legislative requirements

Attend training courses and be available to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays

Applicants should possess a relevant catering qualification or have previous experience within a similar role, along with a valid certificate in Food Safety & Hygiene. On-going support and supervision will be provided

This post is subject to satisfactory references and a PVG check

Pay: 12.77 per hour
