As a Cook, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and that our guests enjoy high-quality meals in a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menus. Assist in the planning and preparation of meals, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations at all times. Help with inventory management, including ordering supplies and tracking stock levels. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal service during busy periods. Monitor food quality and presentation before serving to ensure guest satisfaction. Participate in training new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Cook or in a similar culinary role within a restaurant or catering environment. Strong knowledge of food safety standards and practices. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. A passion for cooking and creating delicious meals that delight guests. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.

Pay: 11.44-15.00 per hour
