Hours - Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 14:30pm

We're currently looking to recruit a

Cook

who will assist in the preparation, cooking and presentation of food to the highest standards in a clean, tidy, safe and pleasant environment



We're looking for someone to represent the Apleona team and consistently deliver attractive food and take responsibility for Food Safety and Health and Safety. You will prepare and oversee the preparation, cooking and presentation of food for the restaurant, cafe and event areas. As part of the role, you will also manage the commercial elements and develop sales by building customer loyalty and providing a service that customers value.



As an

Apleona Cook,

we're looking for

:

+ Completed or working as an Apprentice
+ Leve 2 NVQ/C&G or SVQ Qualification or equivalent
+ 14-19 Hospitality & Catering diploma
+ A foundation degree in culinary arts
+ Strong communication skills
+ Experience in a similar role spent as a Chef
+ An understanding of health and safety in a catering environment
+ Great time keeping
+ Flexibility to support the team during absence and holidays etc.
