Job Description

We're looking for a Cook to join the team at our lively Bingo Club in Merthyr Tydfil. The kitchen is a popular part of the bingo experience, serving hot, tasty meals to our customers every session.

This role is about preparing simple, good-quality food at pace - no fine dining or complex recipes, just straightforward cooking that our customers love.

What you'll do:

Prepare and serve meals efficiently and consistently Keep the kitchen clean and follow food safety rules Manage stock, storage, and portioning correctly
What we're looking for:

Kitchen/catering experience (canteen, cafe, pub or similar) Food Safety Level 2 (or higher) qualification preferred, or willingness to complete training Knowledge of safe food handling, hygiene, and allergen awareness Reliable, hardworking, and must be 18 years+
