We are looking for an experienced cook who enjoys working with fresh produce and ingredients. This position would suit someone who takes pride in the food they produce and someone who enjoys being part of hospitality.
Initially cooking and serving a one service Sunday Lunch with the assistant of a kitchen helper, for around 35 covers.
For the right person this could also be a fantastic opportunity to produce quality food.
Experience is essential, HACCP Level 2.
We currently open the kitchen on a Friday, 1pm to 6pm serving fish and chips and usually a "special". We would like to offer a more extended menu on extra days , the odd BBQ and fresh platters to enjoy with a glass of fizz! Hours to suit for the right person.
