Ensuring that high standards of service and quality are maintained
Undertake the preparation, serving and delivery of fresh food and drinks
Maintain high standards of health and safety, hygiene and cleanliness.
Assist in the maintenance of all records, systems and procedures to ensure control of stocks and conformity with all company procedures.
Receive incoming stocks, check against delivery notes and store as instructed in line with hygiene and safety regulations.
Undertake any other duties as directed by the centre manager in the provision of high quality service.
Ideally successful candidate will have:
Previous experience working as a Catering Assistant
Food Hygiene Certificate
Good customer care skills
COSHH(Control of Substance Hazardous to Health) Knowledge
