Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and talented Cook to join our team. As a Cook, you will be responsible for overseeing the food production.
This is a role in a fast-paced restaurant environment , requiring excellent culinary skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
Duties:
- Ensure all Food Hygeine books are up to date
- Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
- Ensure high quality of food presentation and taste
- Monitor inventory levels
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Cook or similar role in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of food production techniques and culinary trends
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and equipment
- Culinary degree or certification is preferred, but not required
