Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook high?quality dishes in a busy cafe environment Ensure excellent food presentation and consistency across all menu items Maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen at all times Follow all food hygiene, safety, and health regulations Support stock control and ordering when required Assist with regular deep cleaning tasks

Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a cook, ideally in a busy cafe or similar setting Strong knowledge of food preparation and kitchen equipment Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards Excellent attention to detail and pride in your work Good communication and teamwork skills Customer service awareness EPOS experience is desirable Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays Relevant certificates are an advantage
