Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, adhering to health and safety regulations. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service and high-quality food presentation. Monitor food safety practices during food handling, cooking, and storage. Participate in menu planning and contribute ideas for new dishes or improvements. Serve meals to customers when required, providing excellent customer service.

Skills

Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a professional kitchen environment. Strong culinary skills with an understanding of various cooking techniques. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable. Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in meal preparation. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with team members effectively.
