13.50 per hour

Hours:

22 hours per week | 4 shifts of 5.5 hours

Shifts:

Typically 08:30-14:00 or 09:00-14:30

Contract:

Permanent | Includes weekend and public holiday working (most Sundays)

What You'll Do

You'll take the lead in our kitchen, preparing fresh, nutritious, and home-style meals that make residents feel cared for and at ease.

Your responsibilities will include:

Planning and preparing delicious, balanced meals tailored to individual dietary needs Creating varied weekly menus, including options for modified textures and allergens Maintaining top food hygiene and safety standards Working within a set budget while delivering quality and flavour Taking on resident feedback to ensure meals are loved and looked forward to

What We're Looking For

A genuine

passion for cooking

with care, creativity, and attention to detail Experience in catering--ideally in a care home or small kitchen setting Good understanding of dietary needs, allergens, and modified meals

Food Hygiene Level 2

(required); Level 3 and HACCP knowledge (preferred)
