We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Cook to join our client. The ideal candidate will have a passion to learn. As a Cook, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality meals that meet our standards for taste and presentation. Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menus. Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and communicate needs to management. Help train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols. Participate in regular kitchen meetings to discuss menu changes, specials, and operational improvements.

Skills

No experience is need. You will receive the full training! Some knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Proficient in various cooking methods, techniques, and cuisines. Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork in the kitchen environment. A passion for cooking. Flexibility to adapt.

Job Types: Permanent, Zero hours contract

Pay: 13.20-15.39 per hour
