We are seeking a passionate and skilled Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team.

We have positions coming available middle to end of august

Beautiful 16th century pub close to Heathrow airport

We are looking for people to work with our team to keep the good standard of our current menu.

With a flare to add their own personality and ideas.

Good command of English language is required, full training will be given to part time kitchen assistant.

ideal candidate will have a strong background in meal preparation and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications. Assist in the planning and preparation of meals, ensuring all food is prepared in a timely manner. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including proper storage of food items. Adhere to food safety regulations and standards to ensure the health and safety of all patrons. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service periods. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Help train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.

Skills

Proven experience as a Cook in a restaurant or similar environment is preferred. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen setting. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in meal preparation. A team player who can communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management. Passion for cooking and creating high-quality dishes that delight customers.
