Cook/shift Supervisor - Join Our Friendly Hospitality Team
We're looking for a confident and enthusiastic
Shift Supervisor
to join our welcoming hospitality team. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves food, enjoys leading people, and takes pride in creating great experiences for both customers and colleagues.
As a Supervisor, you'll be a key part of our day-to-day running, supporting the team during busy services, maintaining high food and safety standards, and helping create a positive, supportive working environment where everyone feels valued.
What You'll Be Doing
Leading and supporting the team during evening service
Making sure each shift runs smoothly from start to finish, including closing up at the end of the night
Cooking and preparing food to a high standard, leading by example in the kitchen
Delivering friendly, attentive customer service at all times
Ensuring all equipment is safely shut down and the shop is left clean and organised
Working closely with the team to maintain excellent hygiene, safety, and quality standards
Working Hours
3-5 evening shifts per week
Typical shifts: start
12/3/5pm - 10/11pm
, Monday to Sunday
Longer weekend shifts available

What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a
Supervisor or similar leadership role
(essential)
Experience working in a
commercial kitchen
(essential)
A positive, can-do attitude and a calm approach under pressure
Someone who enjoys working as part of a team and helping others succeed
