We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Manager who can lead, inspire and motivate a team to join our welcoming Cooplands cafe! Our cafe Team Leaders are responsible for managing the cafe when the Manager is not around; Team Leaders really are our Store Managers' right-hand person.
You are second in command and play a key part in ensuring the team is operating smoothly, you strive to promote sales and increase profitability whilst making sure our customers leave feeling satisfied. Leading and engaging the team is your focus, as well as rolling up your sleeves and getting involved with catering, food preparation, store cleanliness and serving our loyal customers.

Our shift patterns run from
6.00am

therefore we desire candidates to be available between these hours, although we can be flexible and we will try to accommodate your availability.
