We now have a great opportunity for a Marketing & Communications Coordinator with prior experience in social media marketing to support the organization\xe2\x80\x99s marketing and communications team by overseeing and creating social media campaigns, managing BCD\xe2\x80\x99s social media accounts, and supporting colleagues in building their social brand. This role is suited to a creative mind who drives company goals for sales growth and thrives in an international B2B environment.

The Coordinator, PR & Content Creation assists the marketing leadership with a full range of marketing activities and corporate communications. Responsibilities may include internal and external communications, online marketing activities, public relations, marketing strategies, brand management, social media activities, advertising, and vendor marketing activities.

As a Coordinator, PR & Content Creation, you will

• Support the social media team in managing BCD\xe2\x80\x99s global social media channels (daily monitoring, posting, responding to comments and messages).
• Help increase BCD\xe2\x80\x99s followers and engagement on all platforms
• Take ownership of BCD\xe2\x80\x99s Instagram account and help further grow its reach.
• Create high-quality content that offers genuine value; collaborate with the creative team to make sure assets are ready on time; and write your own post copy to drive conversation and engagement.
• Edit and review post copies.
• Manage creative social media campaigns that help reach the company\xe2\x80\x99s overall communication goals.
• Collaborate with various marketing teams, product marketing, subject matter experts, regional experts, human resources, sales and program management for content creation.
• Support other members of the PR & Content Creation team.
• Track and report on social media trends to uncover opportunities for BCD\xe2\x80\x99s social media activity; monitor competitive activities in social media.
• Support our colleagues in building their social brand by providing content and hands-on tips and advice.
• Develop and maintain an understanding of the business travel industry, its fast-changing environment, BCD\xe2\x80\x99s target audience and the competitive landscape.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and staying within project constraints.
• Stay updated on appropriate style guidelines and brand voice for consistency in messaging.

About you

• A Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in communications, marketing or related field
• Native English speaker
• 1-2 years of social media marketing experience on a corporate or agency side (ideally in a B2B environment)
• In-depth understanding of the major social media platforms (especially Instagram, LinkedIn, X and Facebook)
• Excellent English writing, editing and proofreading skills with acute attention to detail
• Experience in conception and creation of social media content (graphic design skills are an advantage)
• Experience in social media advertising
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and social media management tools
• Creative thinking and analytical mindset
• Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Experience in the corporate travel management industry is a plus
