We are looking for an enthusiastic and competent Admin Assistant to work up to 37 hours per week. You will undertake an important role providing administrative support across the Council, including opening, scanning, and indexing of incoming post and office documents, stationery ordering, basic data input, general office administration, bulk photocopying and printing, and other related duties to support teams.



As well as the day-to-day admin duties there will be some requirement for the lifting of some heavy weights e.g. crates of incoming/outgoing mail, envelopes and paper supplies.



You will be computer literate with a sound knowledge of Microsoft 365 - Outlook and Word.
