As Corporate and Insurance Legal Manager, you work within a team of 6 lawyers and report to the Legal Director.
Your responsibilities include:
  • Managing and negotiating the company's global and national insurance policies;
  • Handling insurance claims and coordinating with brokers, insurers, and internal operational teams;
  • Managing the company's day-to-day and exceptional operations, including compliance and corporate record-keeping;
  • Preparing and submitting board of directors and shareholder documents, and maintaining meeting minutes;
  • Supporting internal governance processes and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks;
  • Providing support to the finance, legal, and compliance departments.

You are a corporate and insurance legal professional with at least 8 years of experience within a legal department or law firm.
You are a structured and reliable professional with experience managing insurance programs and corporate governance.
You understand risk management principles, board documentation requirements, and demonstrate a proactive approach to ensure compliance and operational continuity.
You speak English fluently.
