Within your role as our

Corporate Governance Assistant,

you will:


Develop positive and effective relationships with Board Members, the Executive, and colleagues through collaborative working, providing advice, support and guidance. Be a point of contact for Board and Committee members, establishing yourself as a confident, trusted, and respected member of the team. Plan, schedule and support the Board and Committee meetings cycle, including the preparation of meeting packs and minutes to the highest quality. Consider governance issues fully, ensuring service and regulatory standards are met. Support the Corporate Governance and Compliance Manager to deliver all aspects of governance within the business.

Do you have an organised, systematic approach to delivering a high-quality service and a knowledge of governance and processes?


To be considered for our

Corporate Governance Assistant

you will need to be able to demonstrate:


Strong verbal, written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. High organisational and time management skills with an attention for detail. An ability to adapt to changing priorities in order to anticipate busy periods. Flexibility, including working outside normal working hours to attend and facilitate meetings. Be comfortable in formal meetings

Please note that as part of the role you will be expected to attend Board and Committee meetings regularly outside of normal working hours.
