Our US firm client's Financial Institutions Group is seeking a talented mid-level associate with 3-5 years' PQE to join their market-leading Corporate Insurance practice in London.
The team advises major insurers, reinsurers, intermediaries, sponsors and financial institutions across a wide range of transactions, including M&A, Private Equity, Reinsurance, Financings and Regulatory matters. The practice is consistently ranked in the upper tiers of the legal directories, with a particularly strong position in the Bermuda and London markets.
Requirements for the role:

• 3-5 years' PQE in Corporate/PE transactions
• Strong interest in the Insurance sector
• Experience advising regulated businesses, ideally in the London market
• Willing to contribute to business development activities
