Job Title: Corporate Legal Adviser - Commercial Contracts

Salary: \xc2\xa345k - \xc2\xa350k dependent on experience (pro rata)

Location: Stoneleigh, Warwickshire with agile working

Working Hours: 21 hours per week, with flexibility around days and hours

Contract Type: Permanent

Purpose of the role & how you will contribute:

As a Corporate Legal Adviser, your expertise will be vital in providing strategic legal guidance to the NFU and its subsidiaries. You\'ll review and advise on contractual terms, ensuring compliance with data protection legislation, and be a key player in driving the NFU\'s business initiatives.

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll bring:

As a qualified Solicitor, or equivalent, with 3-4 years PQE experience in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, you\'re well-equipped for this role. Your knowledge of data protection legislation, coupled with excellent communication and influencing skills, will help you provide pragmatic and high-quality legal advice at all levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously and under pressure are some of your strengths.
