A leading US law firm is seeking a Corporate Real Estate Associate (4-7 PQE) to join its growing London office.
The Firm & Role
This well-established team advises institutional investors, developers, private equity funds, and corporate occupiers on high-value real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, development projects, and portfolio deals -- often with a cross-border element.
Working alongside senior lawyers across the London and US offices, you'll gain exposure to sophisticated transactional work within a lean team structure. The role offers US-level compensation, a collaborative culture, and genuine opportunities for career progression.
Requirements
England & Wales qualified 4-7 years of post-qualification experience in real estate transactions Solid experience in acquisitions, disposals, and JV structuring Experience advising private equity or institutional clients is a plus Strong academic background and excellent drafting and negotiation skills
