What is the role?



The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate high energy, drive, passion and outstanding customer service skills. In addition, you must have excellent communication skills and a proven track record in account management and corporate relationships. There will be an occasional requirement for customer visits and the need to support with customer events.

Role responsibilities - including but not limited to:



To develop key customer relationships maximising the business potential within each account Ensuring excellent customer service Developing opportunities with existing accounts by identifying business Building rapport and understanding of customer account requirements in full Arranging demonstrator programmes and test drives to fit within the account requirements. Offer up to date product advice to leasing company and end user accounts Day to day maintenance of various sales order systems ensuring customer SLA for activity. Ordering of vehicles on BMW Group systems and ensuring accuracy against Maintaining weekly communications and status updates with customers Arranging national customer deliveries directly with BMW vehicle distribution centres Pairing and uploading delivery paperwork within customer service level agreements Management of any tests within agreed time frames Answering incoming corporate phone inquiries whilst maintaining internal SLA Delivering class leading Service Level as part of the National BMW Corporate Certified Programme. Attending various events to support customer relationships and product placements. Maintaining thorough product knowledge and updating your knowledge through manufacturer Led training.

Who you need to be?



To succeed in this role, you should be an excellent communicator, with effective time management skills and used to working to timed deadlines and targets, able to record and maintain information and records accurately and possess strong problem-solving skills.

Ultimately, you will develop customer relationships, responding effectively to their needs, managing any conflicts.

Ideal experience:



You will have previous experience working within the Motor Trade, ideally BMW You will have a minimum of 5 GCSEs grade C and above, including Maths and English You will have corporate experience You will have excellent IT and Administration skills, including:- Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Drive, SA3, IVS A knowledge of the Leaselink System

Hours:



Monday - Friday from 08:30 - 18:00 (42.5 hours per week).
